How to buy? Dear visitors, welcome to virtual shop bontonland.cz. We offer you an opportunity to choose from a wide range of all musical genres, spoken word, films, games etc. You will buy all items for favourable prices and they will be delivered directly to your home in the shortest possible time. SHOPPING ORDER SHOPPING PROCEDURE PAYMENT METHODS CLAIM ORDER SHIPPING COSTS SHOPPING ORDER 1. All your placed and confirmed orders are considered to be firm and definite orders. 2. Placing an order you also express that you agree with the shopping order and shipping, payment and claim terms relating to the ordered items. 3. You will be informed about processing your order via e-mail, or in case of need you can contact us at operator@bontonland.cz, or by phone operator@bontonland.cz, or by phone +420 224 225 277 or +420 724 444 658 on weekdays from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and our operator will gladly assist you. 4. The prices of items do not include packing and shipping charges, which are calculated and added to the final sum on the summary page of the order. 5. Packing and shipping costs depend on the destination address and state and it is always stated before the order is completed and dispatched. SHOPPING PROCEDURE 1. You can choose from the top offers at our home page or you can enter and browse in any main section clicking the menu on the left side of the page. 2. If you search a certain title, singer or music you can use a search box which will help you find relevant items. 3. All items are displayed with some information e.g. title or name, medium, price and short characterization. For more information click on the title (picture) and the item's full-page will be displayed. 4. After you selected the item you want to buy click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on the item's product detail page and you can continue shopping. You can change (re-count) the number of ordered items by clicking the SHOPPING CART icon (at the top of the page) by re-writing the number of items. 5. When you added all items you wanted to the shopping cart, you can access its contents by clicking the SHOPPING CART icon at the top of the page and continue to checkout to complete the purchase. 6. Before entering checkout you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy the order. If you have already been registered as our customer, just enter your user name and password and all necessary details will be entered automatically. You have the last chance to make changes to your order because after placing and submitting it is considered to be a firm order. 7. Once you place your complete order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. 8. Then just wait for the delivery of the ordered items. PAYMENT METHODS We accept the following payment methods: 1. GSM Banking - transfer from your account on our account using a mobile phone. In case you decide for this method we will provide you all necessary symbols and figures on our page. The ordered items will be shipped immediately after the transaction is made. The advantage is a low fee within the Czech Republic. 2. eBank, Transfer payment - transfer from your account on our account using standard payment by order. In case you decide for this method we will provide you all necessary symbols and figures or you can print a pre-filled order to pay and deliver it to your bank. The ordered items will be shipped immediately after the payment is transferred to our account. The advantage is a low fee within the Czech Republic. The Customer covers all the fees associated with the payment transfer (type OUR) and settles the amount of the shopping order in CZK. 3. Cash on delivery - a standard method of payment when you pay for goods when they are delivered. You do not need to have any bank accounts or other equipment. The ordered items are delivered by Post or RaviExpress to your home and you will pay for them on delivery. Attention: This method of payment can be used only within the Czech Republic 4. Credit cards EC/MC and VISA - providing you have any the mentioned cards, just make standard entries + spec. code CVC. Payment and validity eventually blocking of the card shall be checked using SSL code protocol. You will be informed about the result in few seconds. Your money will be collected after the ordered items are shipped to your address Attention: If you pay by credit card (EC/MC, VISA) in case your order is grouped in more then one shipment the total sum shall be collected and eventual overpayment will be immediately transferred to the customer's account. All possibilities can be negotiated directly with our customer service operator. CLAIM ORDER 1. The customer obliges to check the delivered items immediately and any errors or shortages must be notified to the seller at least within 3 working days of the receipt of goods in written form (e-mail) or the customer may return the items without giving any reasons within 14 days of delivery (but the items must be received in their original packaging without being used). 2. In case the found errors or shortages are our fault, we will replace the items under complaint at our expense by return. 3. In a written complaint the customer is to describe the found defects (kind, signs) and send it to: reklamace@bontonland.cz, the items under complaint must be delivered by post or personally to the address: Bontonland Megastore, a.s., Ms. Lucie Hamrníková, Václavské nám. 1, 110 00 Prague 1. 4. In case of any problems, you can contact our customer service operator on weekdays from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. at +420: 224 22 52 77, or operator@bontonland.cz. 5. The seller obliges to inform the customer about the processing of complaint at least within 5 days after receiving it. 6.
